Precision Machinists Co., Inc. offers advanced CNC turning and CNC milling services to support both prototyping and high-volume production. Our AS9100 and ISO 13485 certified facilities are specifically designed to meet the rigorous demands of the aerospace and medical industries. CNC Turning
Our CNC turning capabilities include machines with spindle speeds up to 5,000 RPM and rapid traverse rates of up to 800 inches per minute. Many of our systems are equipped with 12-foot hydraulic bar feeders and 12-station gantry units, enabling continuous, uninterrupted production. Using CNC lathes with live tooling, we can machine flats, axial and radial holes, slots, and grooves in a single operation—streamlining production, reducing lead times, and minimizing potential points of failure. Our turning capacity ranges from approximately 1/16” to 6” in diameter.
CNC Milling
Our CNC milling capabilities are equally robust and versatile. With spindle speeds reaching up to 24,000 RPM and twin pallet systems, we are equipped to handle complex and high-precision projects efficiently. We utilize both 3-axis and 5-axis indexed milling to manufacture components from over 30 types of engineering-grade plastics and metals. Our centralized programming system allows for seamless communication across all machines, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the production process.

Quality Assurance
To support quality assurance and compliance, we offer first article inspection (FAI) reports, material certifications, and a range of finishing options, including anodizing and chromate plating.
